A man in Bihar died after being hit by the Patna - Howrah Vande Bharat Express at Barh station while allegedly leaning near the platform edge to spit tobacco. The high-speed train struck him instantly, causing fatal injuries. Despite being rushed to hospital, he could not survive. Railway authorities have urged passengers to stay away from platform edges.
