Bihar minister hit by tempo during morning walk on New Year's Day

Bihar's excise minister Ratnesh Sada was hit by a tempo on Wednesday while he was out on a morning walk injuring him, his brother and a bodyguard. They suffered injuries in both hands and legs and were rushed to a hospital. The driver, who is at large, allegedly hit two more people before hitting the minister and his aides.
