In a tribute to former President APJ Abdul Kalam, the Bihar government on Thursday renamed the 'Agriculture College, Kishanganj' as 'Dr Kalam Agriculture College, Kishanganj'. "The cabinet... has also decided to name the proposed science city in the state capital as Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Science City," Coordination Department Principal Secretary Shishir Kumar Sinha said.
