Bihar Public Service Commission received no applications for 218 Head of Department vacancies at government polytechnic institutes under the Science & Technology department. Even after re-advertising, applications remained zero. BPSC has returned the requisitions to the department, which said it will examine the matter before deciding the next course of action.
