The inter-level exam, Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC), was on Wednesday cancelled over question paper leak after Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's approval. A special investigation team constituted to probe allegations of question paper leak, has submitted its report to the Chief Secretary and the Director General of Police (DGP).
