Bihar to replace ‘fail’ with ‘eligible for skills’ in Class 10 & 12 marksheets

Bihar’s Education Department has decided to replace the word “fail” with the term “Kaushal ke liye patra” (eligible for skills) in the results of Bihar Board Class 10 and Class 12 exams. Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari said the move is necessary to maintain children’s morale. The department also plans to introduce special classes for students appearing for Matric supplementary examination.
