Bihar volunteers speak to commuters, promote cleanliness at railway station

Volunteers from Bihar's Being Helper Foundation launched a cleanliness drive at a railway station, speaking with commuters, encouraging them to use dustbins and cleaning up cups, wrappers and other litter. The video showed several passengers joining the effort. Sharing the clip, the foundation said cleanliness is not only the responsibility of the government but also of every citizen.
