A 50-year-old biker, J Selvaraj, fell off a 40-feet high flyover after being hit by an SUV in Chennai on Tuesday. Yet, Selvaraj, who was not wearing a helmet, survived with injuries to his face, hands and feet. Doctors said his injuries were severe and needed complicated operations. According to the police, the SUV hit the bike from behind.
