Bilaspur set to get Himachal's first island tourism destination

Himachal Pradesh's first Island Tourism Project will become operational at Jeori Pattan in the Govind Sagar Lake near Bilaspur next month. Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar announced this while chairing a review meeting of the society for tourism, sports, trade and employment generation in Bilaspur on Friday. He said the initiative aims to transform Bilaspur into a major hub for eco-tourism.
