Bill Ackman's firm proposes merger with Taylor Swift, Drake's music label

Billionaire Bill Ackman's Pershing Square proposed to merge Universal Music Group, the label behind artists like Taylor Swift, Drake and Billie Eilish, with its investment fund. The deal, worth €55.75 billion (about ₹6 lakh crore), aims to list Universal Music in US for its revival. Universal Music had withdrawn from an agreement with Pershing last month, delaying US listing plan.
