Bill Barney resigns as CEO from Anil Ambani's RCom; to continue at GCX

Bill Barney on Tuesday stepped down as CEO of Reliance Communications (RCom) to focus full time at the helm of Global Cloud Xchange (GCX) during its corporate restructuring process. Reliance Communications' subsidiary GCX, which makes undersea cable systems, had filed for bankruptcy in the US last week.
