Bill Gates defends his use of private jets, says 'I'm not part of the problem'

World's fourth-richest person Bill Gates was recently asked whether he's a hypocrite for using a private jet while investing in climate change solutions. Gates replied that he buys "gold standard of funding Climeworks to do direct air capture" that far exceeds his family's carbon footprint. "Not only am I not part of the problem...I'm part of the solution," he added.
