Billionaire Angela Chao, who drowned after her Tesla reversed into pond in US, was intoxicated

Billionaire and Foremost Group CEO Angela Chao, who died after her Tesla backed into a Texas pond after she accidentally put it in reverse mode last month, was intoxicated at the time of the incident, police said. Law enforcement found her blood alcohol level was nearly three times the state's legal limit. Angela had tried to break the car's windows.
