Electric automaker VinFast Auto's shares surged 255% as it made its public debut on Tuesday. Chairman Pham Nhat Vuong added $39 billion (over ₹3 lakh crore) to his net worth in a day. The fortune of Vietnam’s richest man now stands at $44.3 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.
