Billionaires Bezos, Rihanna hit with unpaid private jet tax bills

Los Angeles County Assessor Jeff Prang has sent $38 million in tax bills to private jet owners who failed to pay the annual 1% property tax on their aircraft. Those billed include Jeff Bezos ($2,44,000), Rams owner Stan Kroenke ($2,90,000), Rihanna ($1,04,000) and Nike co-founder Phil Knight ($89,000). Most representatives for these billionaires said they were unaware of county tax.
