Bin Laden's 'bodyguard' living on German welfare detained
German officials on Monday detained a man, who allegedly was a bodyguard of al-Qaeda founder Osama bin Laden, months after reports said he had been living on social benefits in the country. The Tunisian man, identified as Sami A, is expected to be deported. He had been receiving benefits worth €1,168 a month for himself, his wife and three children.
