Biofuels may help bridge India’s energy gap: Suhas Baxi

Suhas Baxi, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, BiofuelCircle says biofuels are being seen as a possible way to reduce India's dependence on imported fuel, with agricultural residue, compressed biogas and biomass emerging as key sources. The sector could meet a meaningful share of energy demand, but large gaps remain in collection, storage, transport and processing infrastructure across India.
