Bira in talks with foreign investors for 20% stake sale: CEO

Indian craft brewer Bira is in talks for a possible stake sale of up to 20% to international beer makers and investors. "We've been looking for a combination: (an) international beer company as a strategic investor and a separate financial partner," CEO Ankur Jain said. He added that the company was in the "intermediate stage" of raising funds.
