Biswas forced me to hand over 22,000 complimentary tickets: Messi event organiser Satadru

Lionel Messi's India tour organiser Satadru Dutta filed a complaint against TMC leader and ex-sports minister Aroop Biswas, ex-police officer Rajeev Kumar and IAS officer Santanu Basu over mismanagement of Kolkata event. He alleged Biswas forced him to distribute around 22,000 complimentary tickets which were later sold in black. Satadru was jailed for 38 days over chaos at Kolkata event.
