Bitcoin rebounds over 2% after death of Iranian leader Khamenei

Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies rose as much as 2.21% to $68,196 in early Asia trading after Iran confirmed death of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei during a military operation by US and Israel. Cryptocurrencies had recovered roughly $32 billion in market value by Sunday morning, according to CoinGecko. The digital currency had dropped as much as 3.8% on Saturday.
