Bitcoins worth ₹26 cr stolen in India's biggest crypto theft
Delhi-based Bitcoin exchange Coinsecure has lost 438.318 Bitcoins worth nearly ₹26 crore in what is believed to be the biggest cryptocurrency theft in India. Coinsecure has filed an FIR accusing its Chief Security Officer Amitabh Saxena of stealing the Bitcoins from the firm's wallet. Police seized Coinsecure's servers to check for malware infection and assess the extent of system breach.
