Biyani can't re-enter retail for 15 years after Reliance deal: Reports

Future Group Founder Kishore Biyani and his family members are reportedly barred from re-entering retail space for the next 15 years under a non-compete clause after Reliance Industries acquired Future's retail assets including Big Bazaar and Easyday. The clause doesn't apply for home retailing, where Reliance has no presence, reports said. Biyani's Praxis Home Retail runs 49 HomeTown stores.
