BJD MP Ladu Kishore Swain passes away at the age of 71

BJD lawmaker Ladu Kishore Swain passed away on Tuesday at the age of 71 following kidney-related complications. Swain, who won the 2014 Lok Sabha elections with the highest margin of votes in Odisha, is survived by his wife and children. He had quit working as a school headmaster and gone on to become a sarpanch and a Zilla Parishad president.
