Isn't Union Railways minister responsible: Raut on Bandra stampede

Talking about stampede which broke out at Bandra railway station in Mumbai, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut said, BJP-led Centre talks about bullet-trains, running buses in air but what is "reality on the ground?" "The way passengers were injured, isn't the railway minister responsible for this?" he stated. At least nine people were injured in the stampede.
