BJP candidate who worked as domestic worker and earned ₹2,500/month wins in West Bengal

BJP candidate Kalita Maji, who worked as a domestic worker in four households and earned ₹2,500/month, has won from Ausgram constituency in West Bengal. She defeated TMC's Shyama Prasanna Lohar by 12,535 votes. "This is the power of the BJP, where even the most humble citizen can rise and script a truly inspiring journey," BJP MP PC Mohan said.
