BJP Councillor in Agra cuts b'day cake in sewer after complaints for cleaning go ignored

A BJP Councillor from UP's Agra, Kishan Nayak, celebrated his birthday standing knee-deep in sewage water in a waterlogged drain. He resorted to this to protest against the municipal corporation's senior officials for ignoring dozens of his requests/complaints for drain cleaning in his ward before monsoon. Nayak highlighted incidents of kids as young as 1.5 years old falling into the drain.
