BJP defied ECI, its poll candidate took oath as Raj minister: INC

Rajasthan Congress chief Govind Singh Dotasra accused the BJP-led state government of defying the Election Commission of India and violating the Model Code of Conduct after BJP candidate for Karanpur constituency Surenderpal Singh took oath as a state minister. He said that the BJP's "ego is at its peak" and they are trying to influence the elections.
