BJP drops all 10 sitting MPs from Chhattisgarh for Lok Sabha polls

The BJP on Tuesday announced that it will drop all its 10 sitting MPs from Chhattisgarh and field new candidates for the 11 Lok Sabha seats. The sitting MPs include former CM Raman Singh's son Abhishek Singh. The decision comes after BJP lost the Assembly elections in the state in December last year after ruling for 15 years.
