BJP facing electoral and moral defeat: Haryana Congress prez

Amid the counting of votes for the Haryana Assembly elections on Thursday, Haryana Congress President Kumari Selja tweeted, "It is clear from the people's mandate in Haryana that they have rejected BJP. It is not only BJP's electoral defeat but also moral defeat." As per trends, the BJP is leading in 42 seats while Congress is leading in 28 seats.
