BJP govt in Chhattisgarh allows Muslim staff to leave work early during Ramadan

The BJP-led Chhattisgarh government has issued an order allowing Muslim government employees to leave work one hour before normal closing time during the month of Ramadan. Earlier, the Andhra Pradesh (NDA) and Telangana (Congress) governments had issued similar orders. The BJP had criticised the Telangana government, seeking similar concessions during Hindu observances, including Navratri.
