BJP issues whip for its MPs to attend session on women quota bill

The BJP issued a three-line whip to all its MPs in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, mandating their presence during the Parliament's special session from April 16 to 18 to discuss the Women's Reservation (Amendment) Bill. "No leave will be granted," the whip read. The three-line whip is the strictest of all whips, whose violation can also lead to expulsion.
