BJP IT Cell chief Malviya sues RSS member for ₹10 cr over sexual abuse claims

BJP IT Cell head Amit Malviya sued RSS member Santanu Sinha for ₹10 crore after the latter accused him of sexually exploiting women in 'hotels and BJP offices in West Bengal'. The legal notice sent to Sinha said the claims against Malviya are "false and defamatory". It asked Sinha to take down the 'defamatory' post and tender an "unconditional apology".
