BJP leader conducts Bhumi Puja for Ram Temple in WB amid Babri row

BJP leader Sakharov Sarkar and the party wing conducted 'Bhumi Puja' (groundbreaking ceremony) and 'Shila Pratishtha' (consecration of idol) on Saturday for the establishment of a replica of Ayodhya's Ram Temple in West Bengal's Murshidabad. This comes amid a row over the laying of the foundation stone of Babri Masjid in Murshidabad by suspended TMC MLA Humayun Kabir.
