BJP leader files FIR under SC/ST Act against BJP MLA in Delhi, says 'Was beaten up all night'

BJP Mandal president Sunil Kumar has filed an FIR under the stringent SC/ST Act against BJP MLA Gajendra Daral and others, alleging that Daral and his associates assaulted him and hurled casteist abuses. Kumar alleged that he was beaten up with a pipe and a belt all night. The incident occurred on September 10.
