BJP leader Pravin Darekar granted protection from arrest till Mar 21

BJP leader and Maharashtra Legislative Council Leader of Opposition Pravin Darekar has been granted protection from arrest by a Mumbai court till March 21. Darekar's anticipatory bail plea will be heard on March 21. He had filed the bail application regarding an FIR registered against him for fraudulently contesting a cooperative bank election in the 'labour' category.
