BJP leader Vinod Sharma resigns over Manipur violence, says 'PM is sleeping'

Bihar BJP spokesperson Vinod Sharma on Thursday resigned from the party, saying that the violence in Manipur has defamed India. "The PM is sleeping, he doesn't have the courage to sack Manipur CM N Biren Singh," said Sharma. He added that he felt "stigmatised" to work under the BJP leadership.
