BJP leader was drunk during Rahul Gandhi’s speech: Congress MP

Congress MP Sukhdeo Bhagat alleged that a senior BJP leader came to the Lok Sabha "drunk" and it could be seen during Rahul Gandhi's speech on electoral reforms. "This senior BJP member was tottering, when Rahul Gandhi was giving the speech," Bhagat added. The allegation comes amid BJP's Anurag Thakur accusing a TMC leader of smoking an e-cigarette inside Parliament.
