BJP MLA files FIR against Lalu Yadav over call to allegedly poach him

BJP MLA Lalan Paswan has filed an FIR against RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav for an alleged attempt to offer him a ministerial berth in return for helping the opposition defeat the NDA candidate for Assembly Speaker's post. Former Deputy CM of Bihar Sushil Kumar Modi had alleged that Prasad made telephone calls from judicial custody in Jharkhand.
