BJP MP Ram Shankar's wife Mridula to fight polls against him from UP

BJP MP Ram Shankar Katheria's wife Mridula filed nomination to fight Lok Sabha elections as an Independent candidate from Uttar Pradesh's Etawah. Notably, she'll contest against her husband from the seat. "Everyone is free to contest elections," she said, adding that she won't withdraw her nomination. In 2019, Mridula had filed nomination against her husband, but later withdrew her name.
