BJP posts Wangchuk's 'old' medical report, says his consent was taken before tests

BJP's Amit Malviya shared Sonam Wangchuk's July 13 medical report, which says, "I'm undergoing the medical examination of my own free will." Malviya said that if the tests were conducted with Wangchuk's own consent, then "what exactly is the outrage about?" However, the outrage began when Delhi Police picked up and shifted Wangchuk to the Safdarjung Hospital on July 18.
