BJP's Dubey apologises to Akhilesh over 'Tinnu-Tipu' remark amid defamation threat

BJP MP Nishikant Dubey expressed regret to Akhilesh Yadav's counsel for alleging links between him and Ramshankar alias Tinnu, an accused in the Ram Mandir theft case. "Wasn't Tinnu talking to Tipu?" Dubey had posted earlier, referring to Yadav's childhood nickname. He said he had no intention of defaming the Samajwadi Party chief after SP sent him a five-page notice.
