BJP's Suvendu Adhikari attacked by TMC 'goons', he sits on dharna

BJP leader and LoP in West Bengal Assembly, Suvendu Adhikari, alleged he was attacked by "TMC goons" in Paschim Medinipur district in the presence of the "Mamata Police". "I am now sitting on a dharna inside the Chandrakona Police Station, demanding immediate action & arrests," he said on Saturday night. BJP spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari called it "state-appropriated violence".
