BJP should rethink 'Beti Bachao' slogan: SP on wrestlers' protest

Speaking about the wrestlers' protest against BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday said BJP should rethink its 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' slogan. "When women wrestlers are demanding justice, it's their [BJP's] responsibility that they get justice," Yadav said. "BJP's slogans on women's safety and dignity were hollow," Yadav tweeted earlier.
