BJP to contest all 60 seats in 2023 Meghalaya Assembly elections

The BJP has announced to field candidates in all the 60 seats in Meghalaya Assembly election, which is expected to be held in February 2023. Meghalaya BJP President Ernest Mawrie said people of the state are happy with the schemes implemented by the BJP-led central government. The BJP is an ally of the National People's Party-led coalition government in Meghalaya.
