BJP wanted to raze Babri Masjid, not build temple: Digvijaya Singh

Congress MP Digvijaya Singh claimed BJP and RSS wanted to demolish Babri Masjid and not build Ram Temple because a "Hindu-Muslim" issue wouldn't have been created until mosque was razed. "Taking political advantage by spreading unrest is their strategy. That's why their slogan was 'Ram Lalla hum aayenge, mandir wahi banayenge'," he added, asking, "Now why not build it there?"
