BJP workers burst crackers in Bihar as ex-CM awarded Bharat Ratna

Bihar BJP chief Samrat Choudhary and several other party workers were seen bursting fire crackers in celebration after former Bihar CM Karpoori Thakur was awarded Bharat Ratna posthumously. In a video that surfaced on social media, people can be seen bursting crackers in the middle of the road. Choudhary said, "This is a historic decision. Thanks to PM Modi."
