AAP leader Atishi on Monday said that PM Narendra Modi and BJP’s "modus operandi" to topple governments is to use central agencies. "They first use these agencies...CBI, ED...to lodge cases against leaders (of Opposition parties)…BJP reaches those leaders and offers them to join…party with the promise to close all cases against them," Atishi added.
