Black day for Maha Police: Prithviraj Chavan on Badlapur encounter

Congress leader Prithviraj Chavan called the death of Badlapur sexual assault accused Akshay Shinde after being shot at by police in retaliatory firing as a "black day" for Maharashtra Police. "He was murdered in cold blood. Nobody will believe that it was an encounter," he added. "The real perpetrators of this crime will never be found," he further said.
