'I can't breathe,' dying Black man tells police kneeling on his neck his US; video surfaces

Police in the US' Ohio released a video of a 53-year-old Black man, who died at a local hospital after they pinned him to the floor of a bar and handcuffed him, Reuters reported. Frank Tyson can be heard repeatedly saying "I can't breathe" during the arrest. A policeman is seen placing a knee on his back near his neck.
