Blackstone exits Mindspace REIT, sells stake for ₹1,740 cr: Report

US private equity firm Blackstone has completely exited Mindspace Business Parks REIT by selling its balance 9.2% stake to Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) for around ₹1,740 crore, reports said. Blackstone had acquired a 15% minority stake in the K Raheja Corp portfolio in March 2017 and sold stake worth $100 million in the company's IPO in 2020.
